Our Yurts
The Large yurt sleeps 8-14 people but can sleep more in bell tents as extra bedrooms, so is perfect for large families and groups.

Our approach is one of low-impact and simplicity, without compromising on luxury. Lighting is provided by the warm glow of lanterns and candles and the wood burning stove keeps the yurt snug and cosy on cooler nights.

The wood is truly stunning, so we’ve done everything we can to minimise our impact on the environment
. We have built an eco-friendly compost loo that is clean, fresh and bright. And it’s got the best view you’ll ever see from a loo seat!

The Area
We’re in the South West corner of the Lake District National Park. There are many local attractions and excellent country pubs. We also have a great outdoor activities company just down the road. For more information visit our website www.ashlackyurts.co.uk.

The yurts is fully equipped with:

Bunk beds, single beds, and day beds with memory foam mattresses
Fresh bedding
Wood burning stove (logs provided*)
Gas hob (gas provided)
Fully equipped kitchen area with cutlery, pots, pans and utensils
Washing up bowl, sponges, liquid
Cool box and freezer packs (ready frozen)
Sitting area with coffee table
Rugs
Candles and lanterns
Outdoor table and chairs
Fire pit with grill and BBQ utensils (charcoal not provided)
Hammock
Selection of board games and cards

* There are enough logs for each day of your stay provided for free, but to minimise excess usage of natural resources, we don’t supply limitless free firewood. Extra firewood can be bought if necessary.

Weekend:	Fri - Mon (3 nights)	£60 per person
Whole Week:	Mon - Mon or Fri - Fri (7 nights)	£87.50 per person

Deposit and Payment
To make a booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the yurt. Outstanding balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival.

Users:

Large yurts sleeps 8-14 or up to 20 in extra bell tents.
Smaller yurt sleeps 5 or up to 8 in extra bell tents.

The whole site can sleep a total of 28 people.
